What do we do?

Team Brain Injury was founded in 2005 and is one of the very few homecare providers working across the country who specialise in supporting Children and Adults with a brain injury and other neurological disabilities. We are proud to say we also support people with a range of healthcare conditions who have complex needs to live their best quality of life in their own homes.

How we do it?

Team Brain Injury recognises the services we provide to individuals with a brain injury are often extremely complex. We start the journey working with people to understand their care and support needs and what the support package needs. We also recognise that everyone we support is an individual, which is why we remain dedicated to choosing a like-minded support team, whilst we work with them, their family, their Case/Care Manager and their Multi-Disciplinary Team to ensure each care and support plan is personalised and goal focused. Choice is at the heart of what we do, giving people as much involvement as they want and are able to, from writing personalised adverts through to selecting their own team. This could include input from their chosen circle of support, such as family and other health and social care professionals involved.

    Our service areas include:

  • Acquired Brain Injury
  • Neurological Conditions
  • Complex Care
